PAYMENT:
For photoshoots, payment is due 7 days before the scheduled day.
For event and/or wedding photography and/or videography, a non-refundable 40% deposit is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining 60% is due at least 7 days prior to the event date. Clients are free to pay the remaining 60% either in full or in instalments until the deadline outlined in the invoice.
For commercial inquiries, payment is subject to what is agreed with the client.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please communicate any cancellations at least 5 days prior to the scheduled booking.
For photoshoots, we are more than willing to reschedule for the next available date. For cancellations made with enough notice, should rescheduling not be feasible, a 75% refund will be provided to the client.
For event and/or wedding photography and/or videography, the 40% deposit is non-refundable.
LATE APPEARANCES:
There is a 15-minute grace window for all bookings.
For photoshoots, if clients are late for bookings and or not ready at the scheduled time, bookings are subject to rescheduling at the next available date with a $45 fee. If bookings need to be cancelled due to the lateness of the client, a 60% refund will be provided.
OTHER:
Please note that the work we photograph, record, edit, and produce is subject to being posted on our social media platforms, website, and included in the photographer's and or videographer’s personal portfolios.
